I'm Muzammil, a WooCommerce developer for UAE businesses. I handle ecommerce website development in Dubai from the design to the checkout, with local payment gateways, delivery zones and 5% VAT set up before the first order. You get a store that sells on a phone and product pages built to rank on Google.
Get a quote on WhatsAppMost online stores in the UAE run on templates built for another market. The checkout is where that shows.
What you get
Every ecommerce website design and development project in Dubai I take on ships with these six things, from a small catalogue to a full store.
One category page per thing people search for, unique product copy and Product schema.
Card payments through a gateway that works in the UAE, such as Telr, Network International or Stripe.
Split payments at checkout for shoppers who prefer to pay in instalments.
Rates by emirate, free delivery thresholds and COD where you offer it.
VAT shown correctly on product pages, in the cart and on every invoice.
Add products, change prices and process orders without calling anyone.

Ecommerce SEO
Most online stores are invisible on Google because every product copies the supplier's text and every filter creates a new URL. Four rules fix that from day one.

Pricing
Online store development in Dubai is quoted as a fixed price in AED after a short call, before any work starts. No hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end. These four things decide the number on your quote.

The UAE rules and the technical work a template leaves out.
WooCommerce runs with High Performance Order Storage switched on, so orders live in their own database tables instead of the posts table and stay fast as the store grows. Cart, checkout and account pages are excluded from the page cache, and product images are served as WebP at the size each screen needs.
Every product carries Product schema with an Offer for price, AED currency and stock status. Review stars only come from real customer reviews on that product. Filters for size, colour or price are noindexed or canonicalised back to the category, so two hundred products never turn into twenty thousand thin URLs.
VAT registration in the UAE becomes mandatory once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 a year, and a registered store has to show its TRN on tax invoices. Prices are displayed with the 5% VAT included, and the invoice template breaks the VAT out on every line.
Not what you need?
Not selling online yet? A business website does the job. Store already live? SEO brings it traffic.
A business website with WhatsApp enquiries is often the right first step, with website design from AED 399.

The price depends on the number of products, the payment and delivery integrations and an Arabic version. You get a fixed quote in AED after a short call, before any work starts.
Yes. Selling online in Dubai needs a trade licence that includes ecommerce activity, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism or a free zone, and home based sellers can apply for the eTrader licence. The store shows your licence details in the footer.
A WooCommerce developer. I build on WooCommerce, not Shopify. The plugin is free, the platform takes no monthly or transaction fee, and you own the store and its data outright. You pay for hosting and any paid extensions.
Telr, Network International and Stripe all take card payments from UAE shoppers, and Tabby and Tamara add payment in instalments at checkout. The right one depends on your bank and your trade licence.
